Anne Patton

FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
Anne believes that exceptional design is both deeply personal and effortlessly livable. With a refined eye and a global perspective, she creates interiors that feel layered, intentional, and timeless—spaces that not only look beautiful but enhance the way her clients live every day.
What began as a personal passion for creating thoughtfully curated homes evolved into a full-service design studio dedicated to delivering tailored, high-touch experiences. Anne is known for her ability to blend sophistication with warmth, crafting environments that feel elevated yet welcoming—homes designed to be lived in, gathered in, and remembered.
Having grown up in Mexico and later living in Austin, Texas, as well as New Zealand, Anne’s aesthetic has been shaped by diverse cultures, architecture, and landscapes. Travel remains one of her greatest creative influences. Exploring new destinations refines her perspective, inspiring interiors rich in texture, contrast, and quiet luxury. She brings a collected sensibility to her work—thoughtfully layering materials, finishes, and furnishings in a way that feels both curated and effortless.
Anne approaches each project as a collaboration and a story waiting to unfold. She takes time to understand her clients’ lifestyles, values, and aspirations, translating them into spaces that are distinctive and deeply personal. With an appreciation for a range of design aesthetics, she embraces each project as an opportunity to create something uniquely tailored rather than formulaic.
Outside of the studio, Anne is the wife to an avid entrepreneur and a full-time mother of three, finding joy in strong coffee, good books, and home-cooked meals shared around the table with family and friends. She loves discovering new restaurants and secondhand treasures, savoring Friday afternoon happy hours on the screened porch, while dreaming up the next travel adventure. She values fitness and nutrition and loves encouraging her children in their various sports and pursuits.
Bethany Kellis

DESIGNER & PROJECT MANAGER
Bethany brings a unique blend of creativity, business acumen, and hands-on experience to her role as Designer and Project Manager. She began her academic journey at Auburn University Honors College on a full academic scholarship before completing her studies at the University of South Carolina, where she graduated summa cum laude, studying psychology and art history.
An entrepreneur from an early age, Bethany started flipping houses at 19. Since then, she has owned and managed multiple businesses, gaining experience in both management and accounting. Over the years, she has designed and renovated a wide range of commercial and residential properties, guided construction teams, and overseen projects from concept to completion. Her background also includes owning and managing a broad portfolio of real estate, giving her a keen understanding of both the creative and practical sides of property development.
Bethany is a devoted mother of three. Her children are a central part of her life, and she homeschooled her older children for four years while simultaneously running businesses and flipping houses. Education remains deeply important to her and continues to influence her work and values.
Creativity is at the heart of Bethany’s approach. An artist herself, her paintings reflect her appreciation for color, form, and storytelling. She also finds inspiration through travel, which continually guides her design perspective. Known for her approachable personality and quick wit, Bethany brings a balance of professionalism, warmth, and humor to every client relationship and project she manages.
