Anne Patton
FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
Anne is the Founder and Principal Designer of House of Dreams Design Studio. She began her career as a Behavior Therapist for children with Autism, where she gained an appreciation for the fact that everyone has a unique story to tell and an understanding that thoughtfully designed environments play an important role in shaping daily life. After her time in that field, Anne focused on raising her family, while honing her natural talent for creating functional, aesthetically pleasing homes with a passion for hospitality—always striving to design spaces where people feel comfortable, welcomed, and truly at home.
Growing up in Mexico and later living in Austin, Texas, as well as New Zealand, Anne has been continually inspired by diverse cultures and aesthetics—experiences that have broadened her perspective and continue to shape her work today. What began as a personal passion for design has since evolved into a full-service studio dedicated to helping others bring their own visions to life. Anne approaches every project as a story waiting to be told, crafting interiors that reflect the personality, values, and lifestyle of the people who live and work within them. She enjoys uncovering what makes each story unique and translating it into spaces that feel personal. Since design is not one size fits all, she loves working across different style aesthetics as a way to challenge herself with a fresh perspective on every project.
Anne finds inspiration everywhere, but travel remains one of her greatest creative fuels—exploring new places sparks fresh ideas and allows her to design interiors that feel layered, thoughtful, and deeply connected.
Outside of design, Anne is a wife to an avid entrepreneur and a busy mother of three. She’s a big fan of strong coffee, good books, preparing home-cooked meals, discovering new restaurants and second hand stores, Friday afternoon happy hours on the screened porch, travel adventures, and early morning runs.
Bethany Kellis
DESIGNER & PROJECT MANAGER
Bethany brings a unique blend of creativity, business acumen, and hands-on experience to her role as Designer and Project Manager. She began her academic journey at Auburn University Honors College on a full academic scholarship before completing her studies at the University of South Carolina, where she graduated summa cum laude, studying psychology and art history.
An entrepreneur from an early age, Bethany started flipping houses at 19. Since then, she has owned and managed multiple businesses, gaining experience in both management and accounting. Over the years, she has designed and renovated a wide range of commercial and residential properties, guided construction teams, and overseen projects from concept to completion. Her background also includes owning and managing a broad portfolio of real estate, giving her a keen understanding of both the creative and practical sides of property development.
Bethany is a devoted mother of three. Her children are a central part of her life, and she homeschooled her older children for four years while simultaneously running businesses and flipping houses. Education remains deeply important to her and continues to influence her work and values.
Creativity is at the heart of Bethany’s approach. An artist herself, her paintings reflect her appreciation for color, form, and storytelling. She also finds inspiration through travel, which continually guides her design perspective. Known for her approachable personality and quick wit, Bethany brings a balance of professionalism, warmth, and humor to every client relationship and project she manages.
Courtney Molony
PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA PRODUCER
Courtney is the creative force behind the lens at House of Dreams Studio. As our Photography & Social Media Producer, she captures the essence of each project—bringing our transformations to life through striking before-and-afters and storytelling content that connects with our audience.
A Lexington, SC native, Courtney is a Southern girl through and through. She’s a pastor’s wife, a proud mom of three, and a former high school counselor with a passion for building meaningful relationships, and loves bringing new clients to House of Dreams. Alongside her work at House of Dreams, she is also the co-founder of The Dwelling Co., where she curates a thoughtful collection of home décor and seasonal gifts.
With her eye for detail, love for design, and natural ability to make people feel at home, Courtney helps share the heart of House of Dreams Studio with the world.
